In the countries/regions where ClouGence provides products and services, the legislation of some countries/regions stipulates the rights of personal data subjects such as access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing of personal information. In accordance with the requirements of local laws, the Personal Data Subject or its agent may submit a request to ClouGence to exercise the above personal information subject rights (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Request").

How to Make the Request

Personal Data Subject requests must be made in writing. A request is valid even if the requester does not state the statute on which the request is based.
